Dr. Dolly Marie is a board-certified sex therapist, sexologist, and clinical social worker known for doing the kind of work most therapists are not trained, brave, or specialized enough to hold. She works at the intersection of neurodivergence, sexuality, power, and pleasure, guiding individuals, couples, and multi-partner systems who are intelligent, high-achieving, and quietly exhausted by approaches that skim the surface and miss the point.

With a doctorate in sexology and advanced clinical training in kink-affirming, trauma-informed care, Dr. Dolly Marie specializes in working with neurodivergent adults, queer and trans clients, vulva-havers navigating pre-orgasmic or orgasm-limited experiences, and those exploring kink, BDSM, non-monogamy, and complex relational structures. Her work is known for blending clinical rigor with depth, nuance, and an unapologetically affirming lens. Dr. Dolly Marie is also the author of the forthcoming book BONDED: The Neurodivergent’s Guide to the Healing Nature of Kink, a groundbreaking framework that reimagines kink not as pathology or novelty, but as a powerful language for attachment, regulation, communication, and repair, particularly for autistic and ADHD individuals. The BONDED framework now informs her clinical practice, speaking engagements, and the training of the elite clinicians selected to work under her supervision at Dr. Dolly Marie & Associates.
